I love a gratitude journal. Remember the Sarah Ban Breathnach gal from Oprah years ago? I love what she says: "You simply will not be the same person two months from now after consciously giving thanks each day for the abundance that exists in your life. And you will have set into motion an ancient spiritual law: the more you have and are grateful for, the more will be given you." I was amazed at the positive energy flow that increased when I was able to concentrate on being grateful. "Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. it turns what we have into enough and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow." --Melody Beattie
Months ago in a Sunday School we were discussing pride. An experience was given about this guys grandmother (I think). He said that instead of saying "I'm so proud of" this and that, she preferred to use the words "HUMBLY GRATEFUL". Thanks Troy for inspiring me when I needed it the most.....giving me a way to focus on being more grateful and honestly making a difference for me and the way I want to view what is most important.
Be grateful!!!!!! Focus on what is important to you in your heart!!!! I am humbly grateful for my family and you...my friends!!!!!! ***HUGS
